We had a lot of concerned families and residents from the snowstorm. It was so easy to let everyone know everything was okay - families and residents. We sent a message to Resident's Alexa and each family member received the same message but as a text.

I've saved HOURS just using this to communicate with families!!

We already use Alexa to send announcements. I can't believe families can receive the same information.
